Our curbside pick-up process is an easy, contactless process.
We have had many questions about our new sales procedures so we would like to address some of the most common:
How does Curbside pick-up work?
IT’S EASY! Call or email your order to our team. When your order is ready we will call you to arrange curbside pick-up.
Then simply drive to our store at 1460 Lansdowne Street W, park your vehicle and call us. A member of our team will bring your order out to your vehicle. To maintain social distancing, please open your vehicle so your items can be deposited with minimal contact. We will take payment via debit or credit to be as contactless as possible. Then you will be on your way.
Are You Still Mixing Paint?
YES! Our paint department is still available for mixing paint. If you have purchased your paint from us in the past we can check our records and create another batch for pick up.
If you have a new sample you need mixed contact our team to arrange to drop off your sample for colour matching and mixing. Our colour matching technology can match almost any sample.
Is It Possible to Rent Tools Right Now?
YES! All of our tools are available for rental. You can review our rental catalogue and give our tool rental department a call at 1-705-743-3553. We have an extensive selection of power tools, home maintenance equipment, compressors, generators, lawn and garden tools, and more. We also sanitize every tool before it goes out to better protect our customers.
Don’t worry if you don’t have the right vehicle to transport your rental, we will even deliver the tools you need right to your home.
